The next vegan sunday is going to be a bit different, because it is going to take place in a brand new Ecological centre (Ekocentrum) in Lesopark behind “Palova Búda”. This time we decided to call it a spring one (which is maybe quite late, but we don´t care), so you can look forward to tasting many fresh meals made of tomatoes, spring onions, asparagus and other crispy vegetables. For sure, there will be a wide selection of salads and light dishes ideal to eat when relaxing in the sun.

The event is organized by Nežka Struc (Slo), currently serving her volunteer project within European Voluntary Service (Youth in Action programme) at Stanica.
