Nick Cave: 20 000 dni na ZemiMusic documentary about one of the most fascinating ad one of the most mysterious characters of music and movie scene. Inventive docudrama loosely records 24 hours of 20,000 day of Cave´s life when he personally investigates his songs and he transforms music from baggy sketch to the hit. Spectators can find hallucinatory interviews and studied passages with Cave´s voice in this piece. It seems that this narrative approach fits the most to singer´s exceptional personality. Cave compares writing to canibalism in the film – firstly he chews experience and then he spits it in form of songs. Connection between Cave and creators of this unusual piece is demonstrated by unique combination of documentary essay and film fiction. All three of them are trying to discover the truth through smartness and myth and at the end they pose Cave´s question: How many days do we live here and how do we use this time?
