Vegánska nedeľaThanks to high volume of quality proteins, walnuts are often called the vegetarian meat. They are also rich in vitamins, minerals and they fill us with lot of energy. We eat walnuts mostly during winter time and they fit perfectly into cakes, candies, spreads, as well as main meals. Besides walnuts, you can enrich your vegan food with sunflower or pumpkin seeds. Figs and dates are also easy accessible during winter time. Like always, we will be very glad if you come over with your own culinary creations to share with others.
