Hello :-)
My name is Nataša and I am now volunteer in Stanica in Žilina. Me and my boyfriend Niki were thinking to go somewhere on EVS, to work what we want to do in our lives, know new things, language, new people, new country. And we are here. For one year. I live in Slovenia in small village, the tall is named Zgornja Savinjska dolina, but last 6 years I lived in Maribor. There I studied for 3 years Theology and then Tourism and catering. So I was also working  all this time as waiter and also volunteer in Pekarna in Maribor. What about me…  I love photos, exhibitions, performances, so in one word Art.I love to be part of it. To learn more how to organize, prepare, create…And my second favorite thing its coffee… To make coffee and serve it it´s for me special feeling… So I am also glad, that Stanica have so nice bar…Stanica is connecting all those things together and here are nice people so it´s perfect for me. Everything in one piece :)

Hi, my name is Niki Žveglič. I’m 27 years old boy and I have just finished my studying (more or less). I like to travel, so one year in different country is like a new year present for me. I’m very glad that EVS program exists, because I think, that everybody who have desire to go somewhere, this is good way to do it. So, Stanica seems to have just nice and friendly people, and I think we will have a great time here in Žilina. Something more about me - I like music and in my free time I like to go to the nature, to the mountains, cycling,…

What is better to open his mind in a cultural node where crazy young people are doing big crazy things by themselves… I don’t know. Maybe have a bicycle trip in Alaska during the winter! So here I am, glad to be in Stanica team, trying to do my best and talking with washing machine or anything else in order to get a good Slovak!

I am David Naranjo from Córdoba, Spain.
I graduated with Fine art degree, From the University of Madrid in 2009, I am particularly interested in the fields of Environmental Art and Education. I arrived to Zilina called by the tempting idea of volunteering adding my best, within two meaningful projects:
PRIZM, as a Multidisciplinary Conference of Sharing Minds, involves the engagement of synthesizing Art&Science, and Stanica Culture Node, which raising artistic energy is manifested on each of the multitude of creative projects they manage.
Attached to such an environment, I expect to feel lost like I do while I am walking in between the humongous trees living on the hills surrounding the city of Zilina, lost and rewarded by my participation.
