International animation film festival Fest Anča knows the winners. More than 300 films were screened in Žilina for hundreds people in audience during the past weekend. The screening were not only in Stanica but also in Municipal Theatre and City Cinemas in Mirage shopping centre. On the final ceremony on Sunday July 3, 2011, the international jury awarded the best films.

In the main competition for Fest Anča Award for the best short animated film the jury (Ivan Maximov, Russia, Eva Michalková, Slovakia, and Veljko Popović Croatia), awarded the films:
- 1st prize: Crocodile (Kaspar Jancis, Estonia)
- 2nd prize: Angry man (Anita Killi, Norway)
- 3rd prize: Stanley Pickle (Victoria Mather, UK)

This year for the first time Fest Anča had a new category - competition for Anča Music Video Award. The jury composed of Pip Chodorov (USA) and Tamás Liszka (Hungary) awarded these three films:
- 1st prize: Lose This Child (Yuval and Merav Nathan, Israel)
- 2nd prize: Caffeine (Patricii Luna, Russia and Danae Diaz, Spain)
- 3rd prize: Baby I‘m yours (Irina Dakeva, France)
