This movie is a journey to rough norweigan nature and to the head of Martin in his thirties, a young father and husband. Martin feels estranged from his collegues and his family. He feels bad because he cant find a role which he would feel comfortable in. So he decides to go for a lonely weekend trip to mountains and we can listen to his uncensored ideas: uncompromising honest remarks about his orderly small-town life, about himself and about people who surround him. His opinions and fantasies range from childness stuffs to the deeper dilemmas of human life. Movie Mot naturen is a straighforward and humoroud portrait of man who desires to change his stereotyped life.
