The story takes place in the 70ties. Patrick is a young boy who is popular among his mates but he vainly pretends he is a tough guy. He is aware of the fact that he is different than others from his childhood. He faces insults from surroundings with wit and charm and he doesnt allow his life to be changed by anything and anybody. Breakfast on Pluto is a suggestive and visually attractive movie of the Oscar winning director Neil Jordan. Movie focuses on the transsexual change of a young guy in London underground cabarets in the period when “sexual revolution” of hippies already dominated british conservative culture.
