Sandra (Marion Cotillard) works in a local solar power plant and she tries to recover from depressions which were the reasons of her frequent absence at work. Company management is not interested in having such employees, but they dont want to show themselves in a negative light. So they delegate the final decision to Sandra´s colleagues, they should decide if Sandra will loose her job or not. If they decide that Sandra have to leave, they will keep their year bonuses of 1000 Euros, but if they decide Sandra should stay, they will loose the money. Sandra doesnt give up and during two days and one night she tries to persuade her colleagues to decide in her favour. Sandra demand is simple: „Do not feel sorry with me! Just imagine to put yourself in the same situation as mine is.“
