discussion evening
Thursday 26. 9. 2013, 6pm

Alef 0Upcoming discussion event Alef 0 will bring you the topic of “artificially scarcity” which exists in the creative industry as well as in different areas of contemporary art. During the lecture titled Art, common goods and artificially scarcity, our guest Kristian Lukić will raise three questions: How can we avoid artificially scarcity and denial of access in the network society and at the same time to organize new economics in order to financially appreciate the authors? If everything is free and sufficient, what would be the motivation to create?

Kristian Lukić (Bratislava/Novi Sad) is an author, artist and currator. He is co-founder of The Institute for Flexible Cultures and Technologies - NAPON in Novi Sad. He teaches Theory of Network Cultures at AFAD. In Novi Sad, he worked as a programme director of New media center_kuda.org and as a currator of new media in Contemporary Art Museum Vojvodina.
