It is a music and dance workshop on how to “act” in a situation where you are alone on the stage without prepared material, moreover you have a limited time and in front of you are sitting spectators. What are the sources of inspiration to creative process in the real-time? How appears in this a moment movement material? What is the performer’s tention, how is he living every moment of his performance? How to work with other elements besides own body and own feeling, such as music, a specific space, text, etc..? How a musician sees the whole situation? The answers to these questions, as well as different ways of accessing improvisation (action / reaction, parallelism, dualism …) we will search together on the weekend workshop, the output will be Sunday evening improvisational
„See you”.
Dancing part will lead Kateřina Dietzová, music Petr Vrba.

Schedule:

Friday1. 2., 5 - pm
Saturday 2. 2., 10am - 1 pm and 4-7 pm
Sunday 3. 2., 10am - 1 pm and See you at 7 pm

Pozn.: Saturday and Sunday schedule is only approximate, hours can be changed by agreement of participants.

The workshop is for anyone interested in free improvisation in music and dance. Previous experience with improvisation on stage is not necessary.

Attention! Actually it’s not possible to apply for the dancing part due to the fulfilled capacity. Thank you for understanding.
