Slam is a current form of poem or text presentation, based on common need of selfrepresenting – live performance of your own work. It´s based on audience interaction, which is able to intervene the presentation. Eventually viewers became not only judges, but can influence the on-stage performer directly. Anyone, who has enough confidence to step in front of the eyes and ears of audience with his own work, may attend the contest. Your only goal is to earn their attention.

Basic Slam poetry rules:

2, time limit 3 minutes
3, no requisites

By this, we invite everyone, who likes to note thoughts from street, common life, drugstore, and other daily truisms, or is able to shortly express own feelings, to come and do the show. The contestats have the opportunity to win and continue on the final slam poetry contest, which is going to take place at Bažant Pohoda festival.
