Steven SeverinBritish experimental musician Steven Severin – founder of a famous band Siouxsie and the Banshees, which turned the history of punk rock into post punk, starts off his experimental journey after the break-up. Steven Severin, who inspired musical roads of such personalities as John Cale, Alan Moore, Jarboe, Lydia Lunch, Marc Almond or Merc Cunningham, has been giving sound to silent movies since 2008. In January last year, he premiered his solo project „The Poet’s Blood“ in Silent Movie Theater in Hollywood, and went on tour around Europe. The Project is original soundtrack to a homonymous cult film by surrealist director and poet Jean Cocteau „Le sang d’un poète“ from 1930.
