September Vegan Sunday will be dedicated to pumpkins. Pumpkins aren´t great just as a decoration for Halloween they´re also universal ingredients for many meals. Pumpkin can be used nearly whole except the peel and it s extremely soft and delightful if you prepare it in a salt as well as sweet way. Aditionally it perfectly fits to this seazon. PS: Dont forget the pumpkin seeds!
