Some people are just getting to know couscous in our cuisine, but it is becoming more and more popular. This product made of semolina is mainly used in Africa, where it originally comes from. It´s very easily digested, so it´s ideal for hot days during summer. It´s not difficult to prepare and you can have it both sweet and salty. We´re going to introduce it to you in many forms at the next Vegan Sunday. So let´s come there and sit down at Stanica garden and enjoy some nice meals.
