Pretty, pretty, pretty… or Barbarella „like a puppet and still sexy”.

The performance was inspired by famous sci-fi film from 60s with irresistible Jane Fonda starring the main role. Neither plenty of beautiful costumes won´t rid this galaxy queen of loneliness. Deep loneliness won´t fade despite strong affection by opposite sex, neither successful mission accomplishment, and punishment of dangerous freak scientist will do. She marches on and on through the depths of universe with her loneliness and hairy cosmic ship deck.

Barbarella Reloaded is the second part of four-part series inspired by american horror and sci-fi movies – Psycho Reloaded / Jaws Reloaded / Fly Reloaded.

We invite you on small warm-up on Friday, 13th of April at 8pm - a lecture about the Barbarela film phenomena, joint with film sample screenings. Comic aesthetics, erotic point of view, and humorous detachment of Roger Vadim had made at the end of 60s poolishly humorous and marvelous movie, which is in short meant to be seen.
