Seventeenth Pecha Kucha was not the last event of previous year.

The last event in Stanica attic was dedicated to children and their parents. Once again, THeatre Štvorkolka proved that puppet theatre is still alive and interesting if it is not only about the puppets themselves.

Following photo set shows how kids were designing t-shirts combining silk-screen with “draw-by-your-hand” technique. Also these things happen on Children-parents Mondays.

The first evening event of the year in which we can use 1984’s calendars again was a movies evening. Aramisova, well-known Žilina persona studying film directing at Věra Chytilovová, presented audience his movies, as well as his FAMU schoolmates’ pieces.

Sunday MaTinée, organized by our German volunteer Tine, filled the bar with fans of pianos. They could hear about the history and principles of this instrument. And cembalo was heard as well!

Lucky Dragons from New York opened the season of fresh music which not many people know. And that’s why it is worth of coming to concerts of band we’ve never heard of.

This photomix ending belongs to the words. After few years, we could experience slam poetry at Stanica again. Those who did not have enough courage to express themselves on stage, those could “only” support and let others to express. The jury from the audience decided and chose two 3rd places (Bohdan Bláhovec and Vlado Janček), 2nd place was taken by brave rocking newbie Samo from Červeník. Masha won them all over. Slam poetry coming back to Stanica in three months again. Looking forward!
