Workshop/Meeting of streetart&graffiti artists (SUB_Stanica)

he fifth symposium Streetart Summit - creative encounters of visual artists not only from Slovakia, who are actively engaged in making streetart. From September 9th, they will be brewing up an exhibition in Stanica’s Gallery. This time, it will be non-traditionally topical. A local railway from Zilina to Rajec, which Stanica has been a regular part of, will be celebrating its 110th anniversary. And it is these trains, mobility, waiting room atmosphere, bar car, station toilets, social situation of railway workers, emancipated female conductors, the homeless, waiting, meeting, trains, trains, trains… - all these will be in focus of this year event called Streetart Summit. Exhibition opens on Saturday 12th at 7.30pm.
