Teaching mathematics can be a joyfull activity for pupils as well as for teachers. Teachers and pupils from ten slovak schools reached this experience, in these schools they test new textbooks mady by professor Hejný. Style of teaching oriented on building schemes in a new method of teaching mathematics which is now popular in Czech republic.

Teacher doesnt explain to kids how to solve the tasks, he doesn´t give them instructions and doesn´t decide about corectness of results. His role is to specify the tasks which motivates kids to solve them. He support their communication and cooperation. Pupils who follow this method have better results in mathematics than pupils taught standart way.
