Very good news for our white grand piano. On Monday December 12, 2011, Marek Adamov received the donation of 1.000 € from Jozef Galdun, president of Rotary Club Žilina, to support the collection for our new piano that we have in Stanica since May 2011. Actually we have then already 2.730 € (from 3.500 € needed) and we are very sure that we will be able to successfully complete this project by the beginning of 2012. Most of the support came from small private donors online via portal Dobrakrajina.sk, where our project is listed. The next opportunity to support our new piano will be on Saturday and Sunday December 17 - 18, 2011 - the 24-hours long piano concert of Satie’s composition Vexations performed by six rotating pianists. All the money from tickets will go to the account of piano. We are looking forward and thank you.
